We can carry out a boiler service that is appropriate for the type and age of the boiler. Generally this will include dismantling, cleaning and vacuuming internal parts; and combustion analysis to determine the efficiency of the boiler.

We install, service and repair gas cookers and hobs.

Landlord's Certificates
We issue Landlord Gas Safety Records for tenanted properties with boilers and cookers or hobs. A full service is always recommended, on top of the basic Landlord check.
CO alarms can be supplied and installed.
Central Heating and Controls
We install and replace thermostatic radiator valves (TRV's). We can also replace and upgrade central heating programmers and room thermostats to improve the efficiency of your heating system.
Unvented Water Cylinders
Expansion relief valves checked, expansion vessels changed, checked or repressurised.

Carbon Monoxide Alarms
We recommend that CO alarms are installed where any gas appliances are used.
Commercial Services
Catering Equipment
We install, service and repair gas catering equipment in commercial kitchens in schools, pubs, and hotels etc. CO₂ monitoring is carried out where necessary. We can obtain the majority of spares within 24-48 hours if we do not have them in stock.
